All sales are final.
We do our best to photograph our products so as to represent them as accurately as possible. Please send us any questions you have BEFORE you purchase anything from our shop.
We stand by our products and if an item arrives damaged or broken or is flawed due to a mistake on our part, we will happily replace the item at no extra cost. If the item is no longer in stock, you may exchange for another item or store credit towards another purchase.
You must contact us within 14 days in order to receive an exchange for a damaged or broken item.
Shipping costs will not refunded.
Shipping
At this time we only ship within the United States and Canada.
Items in stock will be shipped within 2-3 days.
Custom items will take longer to ship since they are made to order. Please send us a note if you have any concerns about shipping times.
